Mayor Nutter's Attack on City Workers

During Mayor Nutter's presentation of his 5 year plan for the budget he pitted citizens and city services against city workers and their health care and pensions. Watch as the Mayor challenges the leadership of the city unions directly, claiming if they are not on board for his plan then they are not leaders, but "following the screaming masses."
