WATCH: The Most Dangerous Job in Philadelphia

This Friday join the Unified Taxi Workers Alliance & Liberty Resources for a public hearing in City Hall on a bill that would grant workers compensation to taxi drivers and create wheelchair accessible taxis.

In this clip from Driving the American Dream, we hear from drivers about how they work "the most dangerous job in Philadelphia." And drivers, who go long hours with little pay need protection in case sickness, accidents, or death - "It is for the safety of the driver, for the safety of the city of Philadelphia, for the safety of all the passengers we pick up."
